Profile

Communicative person and administrative jack-of-all-trades

  • Planning and organising are one of your strengths
  • Administrative jack-of-all-trades, multitasking is not foreign to you
  • Knowledge of social legislation is a must
  • You are empathic and commercially minded and know how to help both client and household help
  • Creative thinking together with your colleagues to work out actions to potential clients or household helpers
  • Computer literate
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • NL

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of household helpers in the region.
  • When you receive a customer request, you sound out the needs of your (new) customer and map them out thoroughly. Then you look for the perfect match client-housekeeper.
  • The service voucher sector is a supply-demand world where, as a consultant, you assess the current needs.
  • You are the first point of contact for both household help and private client, and follow them both up closely.
  • You draw up the schedules for your team of household helpers, taking into account region, hours, leave, etc.
  • You take care of the complete administrative follow-up of the files
  • You get on well with the office and learn to work with our software package.
