Your tasks
- You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of household helpers in the region.
- When you receive a customer request, you sound out the needs of your (new) customer and map them out thoroughly. Then you look for the perfect match client-housekeeper.
- The service voucher sector is a supply-demand world where, as a consultant, you assess the current needs.
- You are the first point of contact for both household help and private client, and follow them both up closely.
- You draw up the schedules for your team of household helpers, taking into account region, hours, leave, etc.
- You take care of the complete administrative follow-up of the files
- You get on well with the office and learn to work with our software package.
