What does the application premium entail?

Hulp in huis's new application premium promises you €250 if you can introduce a new colleague!

A win-win for both of you, as you get extra income and your new colleague gets a great job!

How does it work?

  1. Provide the name, e-mail address and phone number of the person you want to bring in at info@hulpinhuis.be. In the subject of the email, write ‘applicant to bring in’.
  2. If the person is suitable, he/she/x will be invited for an initial interview at the nearest office.
  3. Is your applied person hired? Congratulations! Your application premium is within reach!
  4. Has your new colleague passed the required 6-month work period and worked 80% of the hours during that period? Then congratulations again! You are now officially entitled to the application premium! You may receive it with your next payslip. (subject to change)

Do you know someone who could be a suitable Hulp in huis colleague? Then be sure to use your powers of persuasion and bring in that new colleague! Why? Because from now on, you get an extra application premium when you bring in new colleagues.

What are the conditions?

You can get the application premium under a few simple conditions*:

  1. The new employee must remain employed by Hulp in huis for at least 6 months.
  2. There is a minimum employment of 13 hours per week.
  3. The premium is only for the person who brings in the new employee.
  4. 80% hours worked
